Timing Systems for Teams and Individuals
Freelap Timing gates can be purchased individually and paired with FX Chips BLE to add to or build your timing system.
By adding timing gates to your system you can capture additional split times or capture more athlete times at once.
Freelap has different timing gates to suit different applications.
Freelap Start Devices – Running
Tx Pad Pro allows athletes to start a Fx Chip BLE from a block start or standing start.
Tx Touch Pro allows athletes to start a Fx Chip BLE from a block start.
Tx Space Unit allows the coach to start multiple athletes (up to 8 lanes) using a sharp loud noise (clap/gun). Reaction time is included in total time.
e-Starter starts athletes with a ‘Set’ command followed by a gun sound to include reaction time in overall time
Tx Junior Pro Starts athletes with a flying start.
Freelap Start Devices – Cycling
Tx Track Pro Starts riders with a flying start for a standard run.
Freelap Start Devices – Skiing
Tx Gate Pro Starts Skiers from a stationary gate start.
Lap Timing Devices – Running
Tx Junior Pro triggers a Lap time when a Freelap Fx Chip BLE that passes within 80cm of it.
Lap Timing Devices – Cycling & Skiing
Tx Track Pro triggers a Lap time when a Freelap Fx Chip BLE that passes within 3 metres of it.
Finish Timing Devices – Running
Tx Junior Pro ends data to Bluetooth device when a Freelap Fx Chip BLE that passes within 80cm of it.
Finish Timing Devices – Cycling & Skiing
Tx Track Pro sends data to Bluetooth device when a Freelap Fx Chip that passes within 3 metres of it.
