• We offer free parcel post shipping (3-7 business days) with all Australian orders.
• Express Post orders are 1-3 days and incur a $20 postage fee.
• New Zealand orders will incur a $50.00 (no Tax added) freight charge.
• We currently ship to New Zealand

We use either a courier, or Australia Parcel Post shipping methods (depending on your shipping address)

Please note: We do not offer pickup facilities or customer organised couriers.

Australian deliveries take 3-7 business days from the day of dispatch to capital city centres and major regional centres. Please note that delivery to remote locations may take longer. Deliveries take place Monday-Friday only (excluding Public Holidays)

International orders take 6 – 12 business days from the day of dispatch to capital city centres and major regional centres. 

We do our best to ensure all orders are dispatched by the end of the next available business day (Mon-Fri ex Public Holidays).

**Any extra delays due to customs in your Country are out of our control, and any extra duties/taxes that may be incurred to collect your order will be the responsibility of the customer**
