Aim: The objective of this test is to monitor the athlete's power maintenance - sprint fatigue. Equipment: 1 x Freelap Stopwatch with Belt 1 x Freelap Tx Junior Transmitter 1 x Freelap Tx Touch Transmitter 12 x Cones Set Up: The course is set up over 40 metre. Refer to diagram for set up.
